***Disclaimer: Due to the nature of kiln-fired arts, slight imperfections can occur. And on rare occasions, kiln fired pieces can crack, shatter or have an unexpected outcome during the firing process. While we take every precaution to ensure that this does not happen, there are some factors that are beyond our control. If a piece cracks or shatters, a store credit will be issued to repaint the same or another item of similar value.

Date Change/Cancellation Policy 

No refunds will be given.

We have a 48 hour date change policy. If for some reason you need to change to another class we will transfer the fee to the new class (one time only), or you can receive an in studio credit for the price of your sign up fee.

 *No credit or transfers will be given 

for a no show, or missed date.

By Agreeing to the terms and conditions I hereby release, hold harmless, defend and indemnify Glazed & Amazed and its employees, from any and all damages, injuries, claims, and causes of action which may accrue to or be asserted by me or any child of mine arising directly or indirectly out of my minor child's participation in classes at Glazed & Amazed. Glazed & Amazed will not be held liable for any transmission of the Covid-19 virus.
