Please choose date and time when making a reservation.  The deposit is to secure your spot and will be credited to the final bill when you check out.  We will only hold your spots for 10 minutes.  After 10 minutes, it is first come, first serve.  Please arrive ON TIME!! 

Reservation Requirements:
Each table can sit up to 4 painters.  A 2-hour painting session is allowed, and limit 1 (no Charge) non-painter per reservation/group!  Any additional non-painter will be charged $11. 

Check out time is 10 minutes before the end of the reservation time.  A gratuity will be added to the final bill for a group of 6 or more people (painters and non-painters)

How we charge: Studio Fee $11 per person for a 2-hour session plus the price of pottery (average price: $30 and up).  Non-painter policy is $11 per person after the 2nd non-painter.  The turnaround time is 5 - 10 days to pick up your pottery project!

PICKUP POLICY:
We will TEXT to your cell phone when your project is ready for pickup!! Please show the text message upon arrival.  The pickup is expected within 5-10 days as soon as we text you.  After the deadline is past, we are not responsible for your order.  There will be no refund or credit for the abandoned pottery after 30 DAYS when text message is sent.  The customers are responsible for the accuracy of the cell phone number so we can contact you by text. We may call or email you for pick up after the 30 days of pick up deadline is past.

-  We will hold your reserved spots for 10 minutes.  If you did not arrive within 10 minutes, it will be first come, first serve.

-  Limit 2 hours painting.

- If you are late for your appointment time, you will not compensate for the lost painting time.

- There is NO refund or credit for NO SHOW or sickness.

- Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a loss of the deposit.

- A 18% gratuity will be added in the bill for a group of 6 or more.

- 1 NON-painters per group/table reservation due to small studio space for safety.

- Payment by credit or debit card. NO CASH payment.

- No Food eating in the studio!
